Participating in activities at Smash N Pool, including pool/billiards, table tennis, air hockey, arcade games and other recreational activities, involves ordinary risks. These may include slips, trips, falls, collisions with other participants or objects, and injuries arising from equipment or inappropriate use of equipment.
By participating, you voluntarily choose to take part and agree to exercise reasonable care for your own safety and the safety of others.

Injury & Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, participants acknowledge and voluntarily accept the ordinary risks associated with participating in recreational activities at Smash N Pool.
To the extent permitted by law, Smash N Pool and its owners, directors, employees and contractors will not be responsible for injury, loss or damage resulting from risks voluntarily assumed by a participant.
Nothing in this waiver is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
Damage to Equipment or Property
You may be held responsible for the reasonable repair or replacement cost of equipment or property that you intentionally damage, or damage through negligent or improper use, subject to applicable law.
Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for their own phones, wallets, bags and other personal belongings.
To the extent permitted by law, Smash N Pool accepts no responsibility for personal belongings that are lost, stolen or damaged while at the venue.
Minimum Charge Policy
The minimum playing/booking charge is $25.00 for 1 hour. Once play has commenced, the full $25 minimum one-hour charge applies, even if you choose to finish playing before the first hour has ended.
Any additional playing time will be charged according to Smash N Pool's displayed current rates.
Security Bond / Payment Policy
Before commencing a timed activity, Smash N Pool may require the customer responsible for the booking to provide an acceptable security item or bond, to be held by staff until the session is completed and all outstanding charges have been paid.
Where permitted by law and accepted by Smash N Pool, this may include vehicle keys, or another form of security or bond approved by Smash N Pool management.
Any security item provided will be held securely and returned to the customer after the playing session has finished and the full outstanding amount has been paid.
The security item is not payment and does not reduce the customer's responsibility to pay the full amount owing. Customers remain responsible for keeping track of their playing time and charges.
